Sample Letter to Current Members
A sample letter that you can send to current members is below. Similar letters have been used successfully in many internal organizing campaigns. To use the letter follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. Place the letter on your letterhead and address the letter personally to each current member.

  2. Check to see which benefits your union participates in by going to www.unionplus.org or calling Union Privilege at 1-800-472-2005.

  3. Add your union name in the space available in the first sentence.

  4. Include your union's all-program benefits flyer with the letter. You can order the quantity of flyers you need for free by calling Union Privilege at 1-800-472-2005 or using the Union Plus materials order form.
